Privacy Policy

1. Information Collection and Use

We may collect the following types of Personal Information to provide and improve our Service:

Personal Identifiable Information (PII)

This may include, but is not limited to, your name, email address, telephone number, and physical address. We collect this information when you voluntarily provide it, such as when you complete a form on our website, request information, or contact us.

Mobile and SMS Data

To send text message communications in compliance with A2P 10DLC standards, we collect and store your mobile phone number and related opt-in records only after obtaining your explicit consent through our website opt-in form. This information is used solely to deliver the messages you have requested and is handled as described in the “SMS/Text Messaging Program and Consent” section below.

2. SMS/Text Messaging Program and Consent

By providing your mobile phone number and checking the applicable consent box on our website, you give your express written consent to receive SMS/text messages from Clark Health Insurance. Depending on the consent box(es) you select, these messages may include account notifications, service updates, appointment reminders, customer support communications, and, where separately authorized, marketing and promotional messages.

Consent is not a condition of purchase. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message; you will receive a confirmation that you have been unsubscribed and will not receive further messages unless you re-subscribe. For assistance, reply HELP or contact us at (832) 225-3360.

3. How We Share (and Do Not Share) Your Mobile Information

No mobile information will be sold, rented, or shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties or affiliates.

The only entities that may process your mobile information are service providers acting on our behalf to operate and deliver the messaging service (for example, our messaging platform and SMS provider). These providers may access your information solely to perform messaging and support functions for us and are contractually prohibited from using or disclosing it for any other purpose, including their own marketing.

4. Log Data

When you visit our Service, we automatically collect information that your browser sends, referred to as “Log Data.” This may include your computer’s Internet Protocol (IP) address, browser type and version, pages visited, the time and date of your visit, and time spent on pages. This information helps us improve the Service and ensure a secure user experience.

5. Cookies

Cookies are small files containing a unique identifier that are stored on your device. We use cookies to enhance your experience by collecting information on usage patterns. You can disable cookies in your browser settings, but doing so may limit some functionality of the Service.

6. Service Providers

We may employ third-party companies to help us provide the Service, such as website hosting, messaging delivery, and customer support. These providers may access your Personal Information only to perform tasks on our behalf and are contractually prohibited from using or disclosing it for any other purpose. As stated above, SMS opt-in data and consent are never shared with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes.

7. Security of Personal Information

We take the security of your Personal Information seriously and follow industry best practices to protect it. However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is 100% secure. While we strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect your Personal Information, we cannot guarantee its absolute security.

9. Children’s Privacy

Our Service is not intended for individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect Personal Information from children under 18. If we become aware that we have unintentionally collected such information, we will take immediate steps to delete it.

10. Compliance With Laws

We will disclose your Personal Information where required to do so by applicable laws, regulations, or legal requests, including to comply with A2P 10DLC requirements and the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA).
